Do you have minimum orders?

[mpc_textblock]Our minimum order volume is currently 12 units. However, remember that the prices differ depending on quantity. It can often be more cost effective to have 25 t-shirts printed instead of 10. If you’re looking for a one-off, gifts, or up to 5 units we can also arrange them[/mpc_textblock]

How long until I receive a quote?

[mpc_textblock]We understand that you need answers and we’re here to give them to you promptly. If you prefer to give us a phone call then one of our teammember can offer you advice, consultation and, ultimately, a quote immediately. If you fill out our online quote form or email us, then it shouldn’t take longer than an hour until one of our advisers has addressed your needs and replied with some answers. The quickest way is to use our quote form. Generally we will respond within 24 hours.

Do you provide samples?

[mpc_textblock]On all orders (no exceptions!) we produce a virtual sample, prepared by our professional graphics team – together with all of your order details and for no extra charge! Imagine that. In any case. As for a physical sample, depending on the printing technique and type of artwork, they can either prove super simple, or quite the opposite, complicated and costly to produce. Upon request we will always try to create a physical sample but sometimes it is just not possible. Sorry about that. If you want to find out more about producing a printed sample, our advisers are always ready to lend a listening ear to help you evaluate your options.[/mpc_textblock]

Can I provide my own blanks

[mpc_textblock]We provide print only services with a minimum order volume of 50 units. However, for quality control reasons, the garments need to be brand new, unused and 100% cotton preferably. We can always check with you about the material to make sure it goes well with the printing technique that suits you best. If you prefer to give us a phone call then one of our advisers can guide you, offer consultation and, ultimately, an immediate quote.[/mpc_textblock]

What is your turnaround time?

[mpc_textblock]Our standard turn around time is 5 to 10 business days, but if that’s not fast enough for you, in most cases we can provide an express service which involves a turn around time of 2 to 3 days (sometimes even sooner depending on your order details). If your stated deadline is within four days, our advice team will be in contact within minutes to discuss and advise you on your specific situation. For orders that require labels, this can extend to up to 15 days during busy periods.

If you have a tight deadline

We often work to tight deadlines, depending on our workload at the time and the complexity of your requirements, we can give accurate estimates. Loads of factors constantly combine to affect the quality of our printed products, for this reason we handpick all of our garments from the thousands of different options available. This is an important facet of the process, as we only want to provide you with the best solutions. This means that from those options offered by our providers we also have access to tons of other blank products – like hats, scarves, towels, bathrobes, uniforms and workwear.
